Severe lack of trained ski employees. Went in for a repair due to rock damages after skiing at wolf creek. Three employees sitting around when we walked in and doing nothing. After having a look at the skis, they casually mention they won't have them ready until the next afternoon. I've never been in a ski shop that couldn't offer basic ski tuning/repair overnight, especially on an expected powder day. Went down the street to docs instead and they had them fixed by 7AM the next morning with great service. (Not to mention these were skis bought from 8200 Sports on a trip several years ago)

Rude. I don't usually do bad reviews but I also know how important it is to get the right gear and trip lined up when going to a new area. I just want to warn other travelers. The staff here had messed up some reservations and were being really rude about it. Then they acted very put out by my simple river questions. South Fork is a cool town and these guys have a good selection of gear, but it would help if they appreciated customers. Instead they were rude.
